My passions range from learning about your business and how to make it more efficient when it comes to insurance and human resource needs to helping your business or organization work better for the people it serves. This is what brings me joy in the business world. I grew up in Los Angeles, California, a city I love dearly. Early in life, I realized I had some learning difficulties and limitations. But one thing I knew was that I loved people and I was decent with numbers and solving problems. From doing something as “simple” as selling copy machines early in my career to running a finance business to my insurance brokerage today, these life skills have been a real asset for me to assist people in what I love doing most: serving them. In my opinion, it’s not about how much money you make or what your status is that brings you peace, it is about doing what you love and working within your sweet spot.
