I began my insurance career in 1980 as a life insurance agent. Quickly, I added Home and Auto Insurance to my offerings to the family market. After almost 15 years in the personal insurance space, I transitioned to commercial clients. In June of 1996, I started Orr & Associates Insurance Services with a focus on building a commercial insurance agency. We provide what I believe to be a unique approach for agents to develop their practices. Those unique ideas took root and now we have well over 100 agents, plus a staff of over 30 to service our clients. Our agency has become a leading producer for several insurance companies. The future looks bright as we empower agents to build huge businesses in our business model. At this point in my career, I look to encourage and develop new and existing leaders in our company.
